Otis Fieldwear Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your gear as much as we do. Because each item is made to order, our return policy is limited to production defects only.

✅ What We Cover

• Misprints or design defects
• Damaged or defective items upon arrival
• Incorrect items sent in error

If this happens, please email us at otisfieldwear@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right — either with a replacement or a refund.

❌ What We Don’t Cover

• Wrong size ordered by the customer
• Buyer’s remorse or “changed my mind”

👉 Please check our sizing guide carefully before ordering. Since each item is custom-produced, we can’t exchange or refund items for size mistakes.

⏱️ Timing

All requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. After that window, we’re unable to process returns.
