At Otis Fieldwear, every item is made-to-order just for you. Please review our shipping terms below.

Processing Time

• Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be produced before shipping.

Shipping Times

• United States: 3–5 business days after processing

• International: 7–21 business days after processing

• Please note: shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

• Free shipping may be offered during special promotions (when applicable).

Tracking

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been fulfilled.

Wrong Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are out of our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us at otisfieldwear@yahoo.com, and we will work with our print partners to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you. (See our Return & Replacement Policy for full details.)
